\nAlong Wethedral by Ikenegbu junction, one can see clearly how one of the SULO bins was pushed into the gutter, thus emptying the entire contents of the rubbish in the SULO bin into the gutter.
\nThis has not only polluted the drainage, but is responsible for the stench oozing out from the scene.
\nThose in charge of disposing the SULOs should quickly intervene, else an impending epidemic will be imminent in the Area.
