{"id":14521,"date":"2015-07-01T14:27:17","date_gmt":"2015-07-01T14:27:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/?p=14521"},"modified":"2015-07-01T14:39:34","modified_gmt":"2015-07-01T14:39:34","slug":"i-was-paid-n50000-by-the-man-who-sold-my-baby-boy-for-n500000-20yr-old-girl-tells-imo-police","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/?p=14521","title":{"rendered":"I Was Paid N50,000 By The Man Who Sold My Baby  Boy For N500,000, &#8211; 20yr Old Girl Tells Imo Police"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/?attachment_id=14525\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-14525\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Child-abuse.jpg\" alt=\"Child abuse\" width=\"599\" height=\"356\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14525\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Child-abuse.jpg 599w, http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/Child-abuse-300x178.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 599px) 100vw, 599px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>By Innocent Osuoha<br \/>\nIn fact, the State Police Command has been living  up to its  billings  in the area of crime detection, prevention and other duties.<br \/>\nThere  is no  gain  saying  the  fact  that  the  foundation for  crime detection  and  prevention laid  by  Police Commissioner Musa Katsina in 2013, till his exit  to Oyo State early 2014, is  currently  being  built  upon  by  the  present  Commissioner  of  Police, Mr Austin Evbakhavbokun.<br \/>\nLast Wednesday, officers of  the State Police Command arrested a suspected  notorious human  trafficker, Chief  Emmanuel Eke of  Mbutu  in  Isiala Ngwa South, Abia State.<br \/>\nAccording  to  the Imo Commissioner  of Police, Mr Austin Evbakhabokun, the arrest of Chief Eke was sequel to a report  that  one  Miss  Ibuchi Okafor from Ihioma, Orlu who absconded from her  home with pregnancy  returned  home without her pregnancy or  baby.<br \/>\nMr Evbakhavbokun who was  represented by  the Command&#8217;s image maker, CSP Andrew Enwerem, a DSP at  a press briefing  in Owerri, disclosed that  upon  interrogation, Miss Ibuchi confessed that she was delivered of a baby  boy at  the home of  Chief Emmanuel Eke who  in  turn  allegedly sold the baby to a yet to  be disclosed buyer at  the sum  of  five  hundred thousand  naira.<br \/>\nMr  Enwerem said when  the state operatives stormed  the home  of Chief Eke, other  pregnant ladies  believed  to  be \u201cbaby producing machines\u201d for sale were equally arrested.<br \/>\nHe gave the names  of  the \u201chuman machines\u201d as Miss Nkasiobi Uchenna, 23 years, of Nkwuegw Umuahia, Abia State, 24 year old Miss Ela David from Isoko in Delta state.
