Fresh reports have now emerged on the much talked about non \u2013 payment of Heartland players remaining sign on fees.<\/p>\n The players who departed the shores of Owerri on Monday morning were in high hopes, after having what looked like a fruitful discussion with the handlers and the sports Commissioner, Comm.
