\/>action\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0grand\u00a0deceit\u00a0and\u00a0<wbr \/>high\u00a0level\u00a0subterfuge\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0<wbr \/>outgoing\u00a0administration,\u00a0in\u00a0<wbr \/>connivance\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0over\u00a0<wbr \/>stayed\u00a0Rector\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<wbr \/>institution,\u00a0who\u00a0claims\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0<wbr \/>a\u00a0Priest,\u00a0Fr.\u00a0Wence\u00a0Madu\u00a0to\u00a0<wbr \/>completely\u00a0destroy\u00a0the\u00a0<wbr \/>institution\u00a0and\u00a0deal\u00a0<wbr \/>chairman\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0board.\u00a0Fr.\u00a0<wbr \/>Wence\u00a0came\u00a0in\u00a0as\u00a0Rector\u00a0in\u00a0<wbr \/>2011\u00a0and\u00a0his\u00a0tenure\u00a0ended\u00a0<wbr \/>2017,\u00a0yet\u00a0he\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0in\u00a0<wbr \/>charge\u00a0till\u00a0date.\u00a0His\u00a0<wbr \/>qualification\u00a0is\u00a0doubt\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0<wbr \/>of\u00a0host\u00a0communities\u00a0by\u00a0<wbr \/>denying\u00a0them\u00a0rights\u00a0and\u00a0<wbr \/>privileges\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0institution\u00a0<wbr \/>as\u00a0well\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0alleged\u00a0<wbr \/>mismanagement\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<wbr \/>resources\u00a0meant\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0<wbr \/>Polytechnic\u00a0and\u00a0NBTE\u00a0rules\u00a0<wbr \/>governing\u00a0the\u00a0Polytechnic.\u00a0As\u00a0<wbr \/>at\u00a0today,\u00a0staff\u00a0Members\u00a0of\u00a0<wbr \/>Imo\u00a0State\u00a0Polytechnic\u00a0are\u00a0<wbr \/>owed\u00a0backlog\u00a0of\u00a0salaries\u00a0even\u00a0<wbr \/>as\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0at\u00a0an\u00a0unacceptable\u00a0<wbr \/>80%.\u00a0The\u00a0appointment\u00a0of\u00a0Fr.\u00a0<wbr \/>Madu\u00a0as\u00a0chancellor\u00a0and\u00a0<wbr \/>Chairman\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0board\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<wbr \/>so\u00a0called\u00a0Imo\u00a0State\u00a0<wbr \/>University\u00a0of\u00a0Agriculture\u00a0and\u00a0<wbr \/>Environmental\u00a0Sciences\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0<wbr \/>that\u00a0Imo\u00a0State\u00a0government\u00a0has\u00a0<wbr \/>no\u00a0capacity\u00a0to\u00a0fund\u00a0the\u00a0newly\u00a0<wbr \/>established\u00a0varsities.\u00a0So,\u00a0<wbr \/>after\u00a0Imo\u00a0State&#8217;\u00a0Polytechnic\u00a0<wbr \/>has\u00a0been\u00a0removed,\u00a0the\u00a0so\u00a0<wbr \/>called\u00a0University\u00a0will\u00a0die\u00a0a\u00a0<wbr
