Though the ebullient former lawmaker has a miniature guest house somewhere in World Bank, but the man popularly called \u201cwatch out\u201d in political circle has announced his arrival with a promising edifice in New Owerri for hotel purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel which will be opened to customers in no distant time is located opposite the Sun City Hotel road. All facilities have been put in place for a smooth take \u2013 off. With an experience and little background in hotel management, <em>watchout<\/em> is certain to succeed and let his hotel be counted.<\/p>\n<p>One common fact is that the Agwa \u2013 born political cum businessman has proved that there is life after political appointment and elective position instead of wallowing in penury or remain a liability.
