By\nPeter Uzoma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The recent transfer of Directors of\nAdmin and General Services (DAGS), and the Treasurers in the local\ngovernment system has made startling revelations in the local government areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the Oguta local government area, a source\ntold Trumpeta<\/em> that the workers are\nquestioning the sudden disappearance of a whopping sum of #19. 3million left by\nthe IMC administration installed by the Ihedioha administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The source said the past administration\nleft the money behind but expressed dismay that the sum cannot be accounted for\nnow after the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In further investigation, Trumpeta<\/em> was also told that the sum of\n#15million being the oil revenue derivation accruable to the area is also being\nsought after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Trumpeta<\/em> was informed\nthat a formal report has been made to the Imo House of Assembly through the\nmember representing the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, a NULGE source in the area\nexpressed fear on the recovery of the said sums because the DAGS and Treasurer\nwho would have helped out are now on transfer.
