Two weeks ago, two Legislators in Ondo State also lost their positions in the same circumstance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Although Ojo claimed DPP was in crises, which warranted his cros-carpeting to PDP, the judge said Ojo\u2019s claim violated Section 109(1) and 2 of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It would be recalled that Hon Benji Uwajumogu, Hon Adaku Ihuoma, Hon Acho Ihim and Hon Ogbonna Uzuruigbo, all of PDP joined APGA at the day of their inauguration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, while Ozuruigbo has since rejoined PDP through official resignation from APGA, others have still remained in APGA, while Uwajumogu swears at all times that he is still a member of the PDP, even as he is the Speaker of the House, where APGA is \u201cMajority\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Imo PDP had gone to court to seek justice, and the Edo judgment has sent shivers down the spines of these Lawmakers who abandoned their old party for a new one.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTheir days are numbered.
