The only alibi provided for none compliance is a statement from Eze Ohiri&#8217;s office, who is now branded  as \u201cChairman of the Community Government Council\u201d, CGC, is that they are yet to be served the court order.<br \/>\nTrumpeta learnt that the Appeal Court and lawyer to Ilomuanya, Obiora Obianwu (SAN), have differently communicated to the Governor and office of the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice of the state on the matter. While the Appeal Court made available copies of the judgment, Obianwu (SAN) wrote to the state government on need to comply with the declarative order having been notified by the Appeal Court.<br \/>\nIt was gathered that officials of the Nigerian Police Command may be drafted in to ensure compliance to the rule of law, as a similar order was made available to the Inspector General of Police in Abuja.<br \/>\nOur correspondent was informed that the Inspector General of Police and Director General of State Security Services (SSS) have been written and notified prompting Eze Ilomuanya to present himself to the head offices of the two bodies in Owerri.<br \/>\nArmed with the court judgment, the Obi of Obinugwu was at the Police and SSS headquarters on Tuesday, for notification even as the royal father was unable to meet with the State CP, Mohammed Katsina who was reported to be in a meeting.<br \/>\nHowever, indications were ripe that the police hierarchy in Abuja may likely accompany court bailiffs to enforce the order.
