{"id":12097,"date":"2014-05-22T19:12:40","date_gmt":"2014-05-22T19:12:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/?p=12097"},"modified":"2014-05-22T19:12:40","modified_gmt":"2014-05-22T19:12:40","slug":"chibok-bring-back-our-girls-imo-teachers-cry-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/?p=12097","title":{"rendered":"Chibok: Bring Back Our Girls -Imo Teachers Cry Out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Chibok-girls-BringBackOurGirls.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.imotrumpeta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Chibok-girls-BringBackOurGirls.jpg\" alt=\"Chibok-girls-BringBackOurGirls\" width=\"272\" height=\"184\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12102\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nBy Innocent osuoha<br \/>\nThousands of teachers in Imo State yesterday (22\/5\/14) thronged the streets of Owerri protesting the abduction of over 200 students of Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok in Borno State on the 14th of April, 2014.<br \/>\nThe teachers, all who wore black attire, carried placards with various inscriptions and singing sorrowful tunes in which they lamented the plight of the abducted girls.<br \/>\nThe peaceful demonstration took the teachers to the Ikemba Ojukwu centre, NTA Owerri, IBC Owerri, Douglas Street and finally the Government House Owerri.
