The action raised concern among guests  who hurriedly left  the  hotel premises to avoid further embarrassment. Attempts to speak  with  the  staff  or management personnel were fruitless as  no  one  was ready to speak  on the  matter.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, the proprietor of  the  Hotel, Evangelist  Mike Ikoku when contacted said  the action was a  \u201cjankara\u201d judgement noting that he was never served court notice for the hearing neither was his establishment given any notice of such.<br \/>\nHe  however explained that some  time ago,  one  of  his staff  in All Seasons Hotel did  something wrong  and  was duly served  a dismissal order but  that  the person  challenged  the  action in the  law court  and  was defeated.<br \/>\nIkoku  further stated  that  it was  however surprising to him and  the hotel  staff when  some people from  the  court suddenly came to cart away some of his belongings pointing out that as a law abiding citizen  he allowed  them to exercise the court order.
