To avoid a backlash, Government authorities made hasty plans to  pay  two  months salaries.<br \/>\nAt the payment ground, authentic beneficiaries claimed they were short-changed as they failed to find their names. Few who did not want their names in print while wailing with tears claimed that their names were omitted while those who never appeared to be part of the exercise have taken over.
