Details of the Judgment which the PDP State legal Adviser, Barr C.O.C Akaolisa and the PDP are applicants and the Attorney General of the federation and Minister of Justice, Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Imo State, Imo State House of Assembly, Imo State Independent Electoral Commission, ISIEC, Governor of Imo State, Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Imo State and the
