He urged all party members to work together in building the party and enjoined youths to register and collect their PVC\u2019s before Expiration date given by INEC.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, \u201cParticipate and vote candidates of proven antecedent rather than for instant meal. We would have done our selves de-service if we don\u2019t register and collect our PVC\u2019s before 2019 election\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the State chairman of AGAP, Chief Ugo C.Ugo assured a level playing ground for all aspirants in 2019.
