The deluge of congratulatory\u00a0 messages going to the Imo State Govonor-elect, Rt.Hon Emeka Ihedioha has swelled with Imo PDP Babes joining other Nigerians to laud\u00a0 the PDP Governorship candidate.<\/p>\n
Speaking to Trumpeta in Owerri yesterday,the State Coordinator and Director-General of Imo PDP Babes,Arch comrade Nomso Odoemelam expressed happiness that in the end,the vigorous efforts by the Imo PDP Babes to install a Governor in the person of RT.Hon Ihedioha came to fruition, pointing out that hard work pays.<\/p>\n
Comrade Odoemelam discussed in the beginning ,the task looked impossible, but with God’s hand work,and efforts of PDP members and other patriotic Imo citizens,Imo PDP can now boast of a Governor in Imo State too many years of trying without success.<\/p>\n
She advised the Governor-elect to be focused and surround himself with persons of impeccable character,from whose advise\u00a0 he can rely on to move Imo State to the next level,adding that Ihedioha has alot of work in his hands now,but pointed out that with God on his side ,the Governor-elect will write his name in gold whenever is time for him to leave office.<\/p>\n
The Coordinator of Imo PDP Babes appealed to her members to remain calm and committed,as she was sure that the Governor-elect will remember them when he is sworn- in\u00a0 on May 29,2019.<\/p>\n
She said that Imo PDP Babes will continue to support Ihedioha as he faces the challenge of correcting the ills of the past administration, stressing that Imo PDP Babes remains Ihedioha’s partner in Progress.<\/p>\n
She said that Imo PDP Babes is an\u00a0 all-Girls Group formed to mobilize the female youths on the importance of participating in politics,which affords the female folk the opportunity to be heard,adding that the Group is found in all the twenty seven LGAs of ImoState,working for the various candidates of the party in the 2019 general elections,but especially for the PDP Governorship candidate,Rt.Hon Emeka Ihedioha who is today the IMO State Governor -Elect.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
