A.J.V Obinna was ordained a Bishop in 1993 after Bishop Mark Unegbu retired. He initiated Odenigbo lecture .The plan for the celebration of 25<sup>th<\/sup> yrs anniversary of his ordination as Bishop is coming at the pick of his
