By Ibezim Samuel<\/em><\/p>\n The devastating effect of flood which has grounded many communities and areas in the country has set its foot in Imo state as Oguta community has become a disaster zone.<\/p>\n Making this known to the public is the newly sworn \u2013 in member representing Oguta state constituency in the Imo state House of Assembly, Hon Eugene Dibiagwu a motion after adjournment begged the state and federal government to come to their aid as the flood has drive his people off from their peaceful home.\u00a0 He also said that the flood has destroyed their farm lands thereby, starving them of food. \u201cThe flood in Oguta is devastating.\u00a0 So many building have been submerged.\u00a0 The iron bridge leading to senator Nzeribe\u2019s house has been submerged and this is the only gate way to Egbuoma community.
