Tunji\nAdedeji<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n One of the three discharged patients In\nImo State who has been in isolation centre at the Federal Medical Centre, FMC,\nOwerri , Mr. Christian Isiuba from Umujiriji, Ehume, Obowo LGA, has\nopened up on his experience during isolation , alleging that there is no cases\nof Covid 19 virus in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Fielding questions from Trumpeta<\/em> at his home in Obowo on Sunday,\nthe 43- year old, Isiuba, said everything about the dreaded Covid 19 claims in\nImo State is a sheer gimmick by the state government to allegedly deceive the\nFederal Government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Narrating his ugly experience Isiuba who\nwas recently declared to be Covid-19 positive after two weeks he returned from\nKano State stated that he was wrongfully declared to be Covid-19 positive by\nthe health officials working for the State government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He pointed out that the whole scenario\ncame to him as a shock having driven from Kano State down to his country home\nto see his aging father without any symptom or sickness. He said that after two\nweeks of his stay at home, people started raising false alarm that he recently\nreturned from Kano with his sick mother, a report which he said was false\nstressing that his mother is healthy over there in Kano State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr. Christian posited that he was first\ncontacted by health officials from Obowo Local government who then alerted the\nstate health officials and on their coming they searched the whole house\nlooking for his mother who people said he came back with but didn’t see her\nafter which they contacted her on telephone and she told them that she is\nhealthy and fine over there in Kano State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Consequently, his sample was taken to\nEbonyi State for testing and was told that his result will be ready within 48\nhours and incidentally that lasted for one week before they came back with a\nfalse result they never showed to him declaring him Covid-19 positive and\nfollowing that the state Medical Director who led the team told him that he\nwill be taken to Isolation center in FMC Owerri for proper treatment and\nmanagement and as law abiding citizen he followed them to the isolation center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mr. Christian Isiuba disclosed that he\nstayed at the isolation center for eight days where he was been given two\ntablets of Vitamin C morning, afternoon and night as medication for Corona\nvirus treatment but knowing that he has no symptom of Covid-19 refused\ntaking the drugs they gave to him.
