It was a sad day in Anara, Isiala Mbano LGA of Imo State as the sporadic attacks on helpless residents of the state have continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After last week\u2019s attacks on residents of Orie Agu of Ehime Mbano Umulogho in Obowo and Isinweke Ihitte Uboma all in Okigwe Senatorial District of the State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trumpeta<\/em> learnt that dare devil gunmen on Tuesday night opened fire at Anara Market in Isiala Mbano and killed four persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to eye witnesses account, three persons died at the spot while the last died at the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It was learnt that the unknown gunmen who arrived in a white coloured Sienna vehicle opened fire where a woman sells food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Though, it was not revealed why the attack but a source disclosed that the shooters didn\u2019t alight from their vehicles as they moved while shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Police has confirmed the development with the Police Public Relations Officer, Mickael Abattain SP, claiming the Commissioner of Police has ordered investigation into the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before the close of last week, suspected unknown gunmen were on shooting spree in several parts of the state which claimed lives and property.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It was a sad day in Anara, Isiala Mbano LGA of Imo State as the<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":34185,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[27],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-34184","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news"],"yoast_head":"\n
