Nigeria\u2019s U-17 side, the Golden Eaglets, will begin preparations for the 2023 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations early next year.<\/p>\n
The competition will be staged in Algeria from April 8 to April 30.<\/p>\n
The Golden Eaglets were last in action in June when they defeated Burkina Faso 2-1 in the final of the WAFU B Championship.<\/p>\n
The Flying Eagles started preparations for the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations last week, but Trumpeta Sports Desk learnt the Eaglets camp will kick-start their camping exercise in 2023.<\/p>\n
Twelve teams will compete for honours at the 2023 AFCON.<\/p>\n
The top four teams in the competition will represent Africa at the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup.<\/p>\n
