A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, presided over by Justice F M Aminu in suit number FHC\/ABJ\/1128\/2022, has affirmed Dr Nwachukwu Okorondu as authentic Labour Party candidate for Okigwe zone for the Saturday February 25th, 2023 election!<\/p>\n
The Court in its landmark judgment, described the purported substitution of Dr Nwachukwu Okorondu as null and void, ultra vires, inconsequential and of no effect!<\/p>\n
\u00a0And ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately restore him on the ballot!<\/p>\n
