In the euphoria of the landslide victory of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in the recently held House of Assembly elections in Imo State, the party’s Chieftain from Nwangele Local Government Area, Hon Nwaka Nnamdi has felicitated with Governor Hope Uzodimma, and the Leadership of APC in Imo State on the feat.
\nNwaka through a congratulatory message to the aforementioned Leaders described the APC’s victory as unprecedented in the history of Imo polity.
\nRecall that the Nigeria’s electoral umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on March 18, 2023 conducted a nationwide Governorship and House of Assembly elections.
\nHowever, APC pulled a surprise in Imo State by clinching the entire 27 Assembly seats.
\nHon Nwaka Nnamdi who was the 2019 APC Candidate for Nwangele State Constituency in his goodwill message wrote,
\n“I am delighted to extend my warmest congratulations to my Leader and Boss, the Imo State Governor, Dist. Senator Hope Uzodimma and, the Imo State All Progressives Congress (APC) State working Committee ably led by Hon MacDonald Ebere PhD. on the remarkable success of our party in the last State House of Assembly elections.
\n“The people of Imo State have spoken, and our Party has earned the trust and confidence of the electorate to continue to deliver good governance and positive change for the people. This victory is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of your Excellency Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodimma and the APC towards the development and progress of Imo State.
