Nottingham Forest manager, Steve Cooper insists Taiwo Awoniyi will bounce back stronger from his latest injury setback.<\/p>\n
The Nigeria international is currently sidelined with a groin injury.<\/p>\n
The 26-year-old is expected to spend around one month on the sidelines.<\/p>\n
The injury also forced the striker to pull out of Nigeria\u2019s upcoming friendlies against Saudi Arabia and Mozambique.<\/p>\n
Awoniyi also missed a few weeks of action due to a similar groin problem last season.<\/p>\n
The forward returned to spearhead Nottingham Forest\u2019s Premier League survival.<\/p>\n
Cooper has backed the striker to deliver again when he returns from injury.<\/p>\n
\u201cOf course, it is a blow, he\u2019s [Awoniyi] been our man up front,\u201d Cooper told the Nottingham Post.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s out for a month. He did it in the game against Brentford.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s been injured before and came back really strong, so he knows he can do it. He\u2019ll commit to that.\u201d<\/p>\n
