But not police. Just on Tuesday, May 29, the traffic alongBank Road, Owerri was jam packed due to heavy rain pour that took place earlier that morning.<\/p>\n
So, while the traffic wardens \u201cYellow Fever\u201d were battling to control the chaotic situation, a police patrol van coming from Government House, Owerri, went on the opposite direction, against the traffic.<\/p>\n
And what was the result? A gridlock for hours. Every plea from responsible Nigerians for the two policemen in the vehicle to go back for the traffic to start flowing hit deaf ears.<\/p>\n
