Mixed reaction has continued to trail the dissolution of the Imo state Executive Council by Governor Rochas Okorocha and the subsequent alleged arrests of some of his aids.
\nWhile investigations reveal that some are being quizzed by the men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, other reports has it that most of them are hiding to avert possible arrests and interrogation by the security operatives.
\nAlso being questioned on allegations of misappropriation of funds of the state is the Accountant
\nGeneral of the state, Directors of Accounts and General services of the twenty seven Local Governments in the state among others.
\nHowever, the immediate past commissioner for information in the state Mr Chinedu Offor says that non of the past commissioners is quizzed by the men of the EFCC.
\nHe further said that in as mush as it is not ruled out that any of them could be invited for questioning on any allegation, Mr Offor said that it is a normal routine and should be expected by any public office holder.
