(Col) Austin Akobundu, who paid a solidarity visit to the Imo state chapter of the party over theAppeal Courtvictory of the 27 Council Chairmen against the State government.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing PDP faithfuls, Col. Akobundu, revealed that his visit is just most deserving solidarity for theAppeal Courtvictory.\u00a0 He also described the APGA led government in Imo as an extremely lawless administration.<\/p>\n<p>The retired Colonel wondered why a governor who benefited from the constitution will disrespected the constitution to dissolve a democratically elected council government. Even after being reminded by the constitution of the illegality of his action at the Appeal Court, he is still bent of challenging the constitution at the Supreme Court, with tax payers money, \u201cGov.
