As the 2013 yuletide is fast approaching, funny events are beginning to emerge in Imo, especially in the state capital Owerri, where residents are reported to be afflicted with sex organ-missing phobia.
\nResidents of Concorde Village area in New Owerri were thrown into confusion last weekend when three persons suspected to be staff of Concorde Hotel, Owerri, allegedly lost their male sex organ in mysterious and controversial circumstances. The incident happened at the hotel premises while they were undertaking their official duties.
\nTrumpeta authoritatively leant that the three workers had facilitated a guest who is said to be from the Northern part of the country to secure a room at the first floor of the revamped five-star hotel. It was learnt that the three victims, a porter, cleaner and security man at the first floor complained about their \u201cmissing\u201d and \u201cshrinked\u201d male organ moments after aiding the guest to secure accommodation in the hotel.
\nThe affected persons on noticing that their private parts are no longer \u201cfunctional\u201d after contact and interactions raised an alarm which attracted staffers of the hotel and visitors especially members of the Town Planners who were ending their function at the hotel.
\nAccording to sources, the suspect was taken to the New Owerri Police Headquarters on Imo State House of Assembly road where police commenced investigations on the matter. Policemen from the division later arrived the hotel and the victims were questioned and thereafter taking to police where a woman police officer reportedly offered olive oil and prayers to revive the \u201cshrinked\u201d male organ. The suspected were later taking to FMC for further confirmation on status of their private parts.
\nOne of the victims simply identified as Uche after several hours was said to have returned to the hotel where he however urinated but told close accomplices that he is yet to get back his manhood until there is a satisfactory performance with his female friend.
\nWhen Trumpeta visited the New Owerri Police division for comments, none of the officers on duty was willing to comment as they referred our reporter to the DPO who it was gathered traveled out for an engagement. The Police Public Relations Officer for the State Command, Joy Elomoko (DSP) confirmed that such matter was reported to the New Owerri Division but preliminary investigation by the police indicated that it could be a false alarm as tests by appropriate medical personnel proved otherwise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
