Media Guru, and Advertising Expert, Ambassador, Professor Chinedu Asinu-Anosike (CONA) has been struck by a devasting blow following the inferno that razed his house in Owerri, Imo State last weekend.
According to the out-door Advert Chief, he has been rendered homeless following the fire which engulfed the house located at New Owerri.
CONA who spoke to Trumpeta thanked God that no life was host, but property running into millions of naira adding that he cannot say what led to the fire although he did not rule out sabotage by those who may not be happy with his political leanings.
“For now, I cannot specifically say what caused the fire incident. I have called the NEPA people and fire service to ascertain the level of damage, and may be proffer the cause of the fire” he told Trumpeta.
When Trumpeta took a look at the burnt House, it was a replica of the type of fire that razed Chief Ikedi Ohakim’s House, at prefab Owerri where all the property inside the house were destroyed by fire, but with the House standing in away that whoever looked at the building from outside will think nothing happened.
CONA thanked God that the inferno did not take place when his wife and his new born baby were at home.
“My wife was to return today from London where she went to deliver a baby. Imagine how a new born child would have survived this amount of smoke in the House? I thank God for everything.
I know that I lost property worth millions of naira, but they cannot be quantified with life “he told Trumpeta.
