PDP Stalwart hails federal lawmaker

A frontline politician and a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Ikeduru LGA of Imo state, Hon. Earnest Iwuji has described the member representing Ikeduru/Mbaitolu Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Bethel Amadi as a visionary and pragmatic leader.

Hon. Iwuji made this known, while interacting with Imo Trumpeta, Thursday, on the activities of Bethel Amadi.

He said that so many indigenes of the area have been empowered and wondered why some politicians are criticising Hon. Amadi, adding that he has achieved a lot within the time he was elected into the National Assembly.

Hon. Iwuji however advised the critics of Hon. Amadi to desist from making utterances which are capable of causing havoc in the area; while calling on the people of the area to read newspapers and listen to the radio in order to ascertain the programmes he has for them.

If Hon. Bethel will run for the governorship election in 2015, Hon. Iwuji maintained that such storey should be disregarded, adding that he has not made such declaration.
