There is no doubt that a permanent secretary in the state, Barr Austin Otuokere is a jolly good fellow and lover of old school music. Otuokere, a seasoned civil servant in the state and former Director of protocols, Government House showed that he “rocked life” during his school days recently. At the thanksgiving ceremony organized by Sir & Lady Emma Amuzie at the Range Restaurant, On Sunday, Barr Otuokere radiated with smiles and stood up to showcase one of the old school dance steps, when Omeimo band played one of the famous old tunes. Incidentally, Otuokere was with a reasonable number of some old boys ofSt AugustineGrammar School, SAGS Nkwerre who came to facilitate with their colleague. The old boys and Otuokere rose to shove their legs and bodies to the old tunes.
