The member representing Ohaji/Egbema, Oguta, Oru West Federal House, Rt Hon Goodluck Opiah has stated that his All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives ticket is divine and creates another chance to showcase legislative brilliance.
Opiah was elected ticket winner of APC for 2019 election, as his name was not only submitted to the INEC by the party in Abuja but also among those their names have appeared at the Owerri office of the electoral body.
On arrival to the Sam Mbakwe airport Owerri from Abuja, Opiah who was received by a jubilant mammoth crowd informed newsmen that he has a divine mandate to represent the interest of the people.
According to Opiah, he is a product of the APC primaries and is guided by divine grace to serve the people again.
The former Speaker said that his stewardship in the House of Reps has yielded effective representation through sponsorship of motions and Bills, oversight functions and constituency representation.
Opiah disclosed that based on the demands of the people, he has offered himself to serve the interest of the masses.
