The dust raised by the true Identity of the owners of one firm involved in the handling of billion naira worth of contracts in Imo State during the era of Rochas Okorocha is yet to settle as the Judicial Commision of Inquiry set up look at contracts awarded in that period has beamed its searchlights on those behind the company.
