Ambrose Nwaogwugwu’s Lawyer Raises Alarm Over Clients Health Condition

Barr. Felix Obinna, Counsel to Ambrose Nwaogwugwu has raised alarm concerning the deteriorating health condition of his client who is been detained in DSS custody for weeks and was arraigned before a Chief Magistrate Court on a seven (7) count charges.
The Council complained that his client (Ambrose) is matiating gradually because he has not been fed properly, coupled with the fact that he has not been given opportunity to see his family members.
In his words; “My client is looking sick and it will not be good if he dies in DSS custody.
“Accused person remains innocent until he is convicted”, he added.
Ambrose was brought before the Magistrate Court on five (5) count charges on Friday but the counsel for the state opposed his application on bail on the ground that his offence is a very serious one.
