Finally, the United States of America, USA, swore-in, Joe Biden as the 46th President of the Nation, as former President Donald Trump stepped down following the most acrimonious election, ever in American history.
For months now, former President Trump had rejected the outcome of the election, refusing to accept defeat and sort help from the courts, but in all the over Fifty litigations he instituted in the courts, he lost all.
The climax was the instigation of his followers to storm Capitol Complex, housing both the Senate and House of Representatives to disrupt an exercise that was to underway to endorse the elections that produced Joe Biden, as next American President.
However, yesterday, Joe Biden and his Vice, Kamala were inaugurated and bringing to an end, a very disturbing situation that nearly shook America, the centerpiece of Democracy to its foundation.
The new President, Joe Biden is 78 years of age.
In his last speech to Americans, President Donald Trump urged Americans to pray and support his successor, for the sake of peace and development of America, and said that those who stormed Capitol Hill to disrupt the process should be prosecuted for their barbaric acts.
