Few weeks to Council Polls, the State Governor Senator Hope Uzodinma is said to have concluded plans to kick start development centres as well as dissolve Interim Management Committees Of Local Government Areas in Imo.
Our reporter gathered that all is now set for the leaders of LGAs to submit list of intending members of Development Centres for approval by the Governor.
The Governor as we gathered from a reliable source is under pressure to announce the dissolution of IMC of LGAs.
Trumpeta was told that the Governor is carefully studying the situation of things on ground before making his pronouncement in order not to regret his action at last.
The list of the appointees from all indication will favour CAMP Hope and members of Hope for Good Governance.
The leaders of these two groups from each L.G.A as the newspaper gathered have been directed to submit list of possible appointees.
Those from the coalition group may not be considered in the appointment of sole administrators and members of Development Centres.
The IMC Chairmen who want to contest is likely going to resign any moment from now according to a source.
In March this year ISEC will conduct the Local Government election among the political parties in Imo State.
