IMO YOUTH ASSEMBLY COMMENDS TRUMPETA

The President of Imo Youth Assembly Dr Onumuo Harold has commended Imo Trumpeta Newspaper for its objective reportage of events in the state.

Dr Harold stated this in a telephone chat on Thursday, while speaking on some developments in the State.

He said that the newspaper since its inception has distinguished itself as a medium that reports without bias, upholding the ethics of journalism to the ladder irrespective of whose ox is good. The activities of Imo State Government.

He maintained that Imo people now get what he described as first class information, unlike in the past when such was not obtainable.

Dr Harold saluted the courage of the publishers of the Newspaper for coming together to establish the tabloid, adding that no truth would be hidden anymore with the level of professionalism exhibited by both the management and staff of the media.

He also stressed the need for other Newspapers in the State to emulate the transparent style of information dissemination of Imo Trumpeta while calling on every Imolite to always read the tabloid.
