Just like the counsel to PDP, Eze Duruiheoma predicted that All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) who lost their application for consolidation or joinder to the PDP vs Uwajumogu & defection case No: FHC/OW/CS/57/12 will not accept the ruling in good fate but must device another means to delay the proceeding.
True to the prediction, when the matter came up again on the 21st of June for adoption of addresses as earlier scheduled, APGA pulled another stunt that stalled the adoption and subsequent hearing of the main suit by filing an application for stay of proceeding to challenge the ruling of the court on the consolidation and joinder application.
The court however adjourned to the 10th of July 2013 to take the application for stay of proceeding.
