Trumpeta checks has it on good authority that members of NBA who are piqued over the manner the exercise was conducted from the point of application, screening to the final appointment has concluded arrangement to write the Chief Judge expressing the total rejection of the exercise by the association.
It will be recalled that the Chief Judge of the State, Justice B. Njemanze had few weeks ago announced the elevation of 18 lawyers in the state to the rank of Magistrates.
This apparently was greeted with wide condemnation and criticisms by many Lawyers in the state who insist that the exercise did not go through due process.
