MY ACTING TALENT WAS SPOTTED AT ORIENT TV’S “CHINECHEREM”

Nollywood has given birth to yet another acting Diva who has vowed to continue making waves with her movies as possible as she can.

Gloria Ezinne Opara who hails from Ihiagwa in Owerri West Local Government Area took time out to explain how it all started and how she intends to take it when “Weekend Extravaganza” (We) cut up with her during the yuletide period.

Ezinne as she is fondly called by her peers is a second daughter from a family of six with just one boy, she graduated from Imo state University in 2011 were she incidentally measured in Theater Arts.

“I have always had a passion for acting when I was in IMSU and I measured in performance acting and sometimes dancing”

Although I am a shy person, but I guess overcame it when I met Sammy (my designer) who groomed me and even encouraged me to contest for Miss Imo State 2009 beauty pageant was I was placed 3rd.

“I went on to participate in Miss Ebonyi, face of Nigerian Pageant, Calabar Carnival Queen all in 2009 and also made it to the finals even wining best acting talent and best actress in the respect shows.

But my acting was sported at Orient TV’s “Chinecherem” were I played Sister Agatha in 2011.

“my career took a good turn when a friend of mine Richie introduced me to Andy Best while they were shooting a movie, and he picked an interest in me. He gave me a major role in a black buster movie called “Krakas babes” that is yet to be released, in that movie I stared as Joyce, who was a young lady into runs with white men but a friend of hers who was sharing her apartment fooled her and took her white man which infuriated Joyce as she poured acid on her…
