There was an emergency Imo State Executive Council meeting, held at the Sam Mbakwe Hall, Government House, Owerri yesterday, where the state Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha made some changes.
Trumpeta learnt that the Commissioner for Transport, Bar Alaribe was moved to the Ministry of Housing, which had remained vacant since the ouster of Chief Onuoha, who previously held the position.
It was also learnt that there were some changes at the high echelon of the Civil Service in the state, where some Permanent Secretaries and Directors were moved to new stations.
The former Accountant, General, Mr Etche was posted to the Ministry of Works, while Mrs George Udogu, formerly in the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs was made the new Accountant-General of the state.
