All is now set for the commencement of the second session of the third synod of the Anglican Diocese on the Lake at the St Michael And All Angels Church Obudi Agwa in the Oguta LGA.
According to release signed by the Diocesan communicator, Rv Innocent Osuoha, the Synod will start today 16th April 2015 with the Bishop Diocese On the Lake, the Rt Rev CBN Oti paying courtesy calls on the host traditional rulers as well as commissioning and dedicating some projects executed in the Archdeaconry.
On Saturday, the Synod opening service begins with the guest preacher, Rt Rev Babatunde Ogunsanwo of Ijebu South West diocese speaking on the theme.

The Synod thanksgiving service holds on Sunday while the grand finale programme which is the presentation of the Bishops Address/charge holds on Monday. The Synod is expected to rise on Tuesday.
