Tragedy Hits Imo APGA As Legal Adviser Dies

Members of All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, Imo State chapter have been thrown into untold mourning as the Legal adviser of the party, Barr Ikechukwu Ikeji is said to have died.

The Legal Luminary, Trumpeta learnt, kicked the bucket on Sunday, 12^th November, 2017, after what is understood to be a brief illness.

The party will surely miss the services of the lawyer who was a part of the party’s legal team, taking charge of its legal matters for some years.

His death is coming on the heels of the party’s new membership drive as it welcomed over 1000 decampees from the other political parties into its fold.

The news of Barr Ikeji’ death came as a rude shock not just to the state executives of the party but to the teeming members of the party in the state.

It is, however, yet to be ascertained when the party will hire the services of another lawyer to take charge of its legal matters, as feelers from the party reveal that it will mourn the lawyer for some time.
