APC Nat’l Officer, Dr Ijeomah Arodiogbu Lauds Uzodimma’s Economic And Investment Drive In Imo

The South East National Vice Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu has extolled governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State over his administration’s economic trajectory.

He expressed excitement over the scheduled Imo Economic and Investment summit which would commence today Thursday December 4th to Friday December 5, 2025.

It is said to hold at the Concorde Boulevard, new Owerri.

Dr. Arodiogbu disclosed that governor Uzodimma’s imprints in the State have continued to represent the people’s choice.

In addition, he said that the Imo Economic summit with the theme, “Unlocking Imo’s Economic Potentials: Partnership, Investment and Innovation” will not just accelerate the business opportunities in the State, but will go a long way for the IGR enhancement.

Also, he explained that the Imo’s first economic summit which is expected to host the Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu,the eight Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-Moon, captains of industry and world business and tecno leaders will be an unlocker to the State’s economic boom.

To that effect, Arodiogbu was optimistic that the summit will unlock exponential growth across the key sectors of the burgeoning economy comprising of oil and gas, energy, industries, agriculture, and tourism.

“This is actually a crucial platform where transformative ideas meet strategic investment, where potential is catalysed into prosperity, and where a new Imo is rising with confidence and purpose.

“It is a rare opportunity set up by the governor to converge world elites and business heads to the State for this summit. This is a defining moment for our dear State”, said Arodiogbu.

Therefore, he urged entrepreneurs, industrialists and the entire Imolites to leverage on the opportunity to boost their crafts, arts, business ideas and entrepreneurship.

Moreso, he congratulated the governor for the feat, buttressing his point that having organised such a global event, Imo State has been placed on a global map.

Similarly, Dr. Arodiogbu enthused that the leadership of Uzodimma has maintained a human capital development goals and now a major boost to the economic prosperity of the state.

The APC national officer insisted, “Imo State is steadily sliding to unhindered prosperity, all thanks to governor Hope Uzodimma. He prioritised the welfare of ndi Imo in all facets. This is another banger that will leave the State economically booming even after decades to come.

“And it is not as if he is contesting for a second tenure as governor, yet, he thinks deeply of what will leave the State flourishing after his tenure.

“On behalf of my self, family, leadership and the entire South East APC, I wish our His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma a successful summit of economic turn around”.
