he name may sound funny and confusing but it is a sit-out joint in Owerri. Old Peoples Home is one of the numerous drinking and eating bar in the heart of Aladimma. Like the name sound, it is located in the heart of Aladimma Housing Estate by Amanze Njoku Street. Since Aladimma Estate is a natural habitat for old people especially retired civil servants and wealthy personalities who had the privilege of owning the old-fashioned building in the area, the joint is popularly called the name. it serves the interest of aged parents, grandpas and grandmas to once in a while relax near their houses even as young fellows make the place a must go, chilled drinks of various brands are served and other chewable items to water down the drink. The place is spacious to accommodate many guest as there are large screens for soccer freaks to watch European leagues.
