God in his infinite wisdom gives every generation  a great soul of unmatchable courage ,  who becomes a human instrument in the hands of God for all round generational impact.
The  Okewulonu family in the  rustic community of Amaeke Avutu in Obowo local government Area of Imo State, was endowed with such an instrument of God on the  15th March, 1957.
That was the  day when  angels and men welcomed  the birth of Chukwuemeka Polycarp into the family of Late Chief Godwin Uchewuba Okewulonu and his wife, late Mrs Agnes Patience  Ego di mma.
His parents, late Chief and Mrs Uchewuba Okewulonu  were wonderful couple, enterprising and of great repute and influence in Obowo and Umuahia.
Chukwuemeka  Polycarp was the first child of his mother and the eldest of his direct siblings.
As a young child with sharp intellect,  Chukwuemeka Polycarp started his education carrier at St. Micheal’s Primary School Umuahia.
He later proceeded  to Community Secondary School, Ikenanzizi,  where he successfully completed his secondary school education  in 1979.
The young Chukwuemeka Polycarp Okewulonu who grew  to become an epic era of evangelical history, also blazed the trail in the world of business and academics.
This initial educational backgroud was a  fulcrum for higher accomplishments both in the secular and Kingdom businesses.
Owing to his unbridled quest for knowledge and in preparation for the “Great Commission” in the vineyard of the Lord, he further equipped himself academically.
He enrolled at Ascension College of Ministerial Arts, Trinity College of Ministerial Arts, Aba, Abia State and University of Leadership and Sound Doctrine (ULS), Marietha  Georgia.

He was a member of Business Executives London, Chartered institute of Education Management and Administration  U.S.A among others.
In the Kingdom ministry, he became an example of a modern day man of God who lead lost souls to our saviour Jesus Christ.
He immersed and saturated himself in the kingdom message he preached,
God took him through spiritual training and knowledge in some churches before he founded the Christian Life Bible Church Mission in 1988, headquartered in Aba.
The church recorded growth as it took the lead in depopulating the Kingdom of darkness.
