PRINCE CHARLS AMADI AND PRINCESS IYOBOSA AMADI INAUGURATES AN EIGHT-MEMBER BOARD OF PRINCE CHARLS AND PRINCESS IYOBOSA AMADI CHRISTIAN FOUNDATION WITH A TAKE OFF OF THREE HUNDRED MILLION NAIRA.

Prince Charls Amadi popularly known as (Charlvon) with his wife Princess Iyobosa Amadi inaugurated an eight-member board of trustees with the Catholic Archbishop of Owerri His Grace, Most Rev. Lucius Ugorji as the chairman on Monday Sept. 7, 2026 for his Prince Charls and Princess Iyobosa Amadi Christian Foundation.

Speaking during the Inauguration, the promoter of the Foundation Prince Charls Amadi, said that in the past years, his birthday the 26th of February was without much celebration. However this year, he is moved to not only celebrate another year but also to give thanks to God. Borrowing the words of Scripture which says, “Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord”, he tagged his birthday celebration this year *Breath of Praise*.

He continued by saying that, if God has given us breath, then we have a reason to praise him. Following this, the birthday celebration crescendoed to a gathering of worship, thanksgiving and praise.

In continuing his speech, Prince Amadi highlighted that to ensure that this gift of God does not end with one day of celebration, his vision for the Prince Charls and Princess Iyobosa Amadi Christian Foundation was born. He also hinted that his reaching out to the leadership of the Church is to ensure that this vision from God is guided by wisdom, integrity and accountability.

Speaking also the chairman of the board and catholic Archbishop of Owerri His Grace Most Rev Lucius Iwejuru Ugorji commended Prince and Princess Amadi for the loudable initiative saying that the church cannot be left alone to gather and maintain souls for God.

His Grace said the foundation is dedicated to building the church and expanding the territory of God’s mission on earth. He explained that God’s mandate is “Go Into The World And Preach The Gospel. And this can be achieved through Salvation Ministries, Physical Structures And Preaching The Word Of God.

Pointing out, “Building A Church Is Establishing An Engine To Worship God” and harped the need for the well to do citizens to rally round the church in saving souls.

In his remarks, the member representing Mbaitoli/ Ikeduru federal house of representative and son of the Promoter of the foundation Hon Engr Akarachi Amadi who is also the secretary of the foundation commended the Bishops and board members for accepting to serve in the committee. And assured of his support to the foundation.

Those in attendance includes His Grace Most Rev Lucius Iwejuru Ugorji catholic Archbishop of Owerri and His auxillary Most Rev Moses Chikwe (CAN President), Anglican Bishop of Ikeduru Bishop Emmanuel Maduwike, Rt Rev Chukwuma Opara, politicians and senior citizens of Imo State.
