Enyioha Orsu Gives Away Daughter

His boyish looks may be deceitful to those who do not know, Hon Ichie F. Matador Obodoechi, Special Adviser to the member representing Orsu State Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly, Bro Stan Dara.
Contrary to his youthful posture, Ichie Obodoechi popularly known as “Enyioha Orsu” is a grand father in the waiting. The process of initiating him into the congregation of Grand Pa-hood will be formalized this weekend when his beautiful daughter, Adaeze Ugochi joins her heartthrob Eddy in solemnization of the sacrament of Holy Matrimony on Saturday the 22nd of June, 2013.
At the end of the church service, reception and traditional wedding holds immediately at the Odimegbu Obodoechi’s compound, Udah, Orsuihiteukwu, Orsu LGA. No doubt, it would be a gathering of who-is-who in Orsu politics especially those of pro Dara political family to show solidarity to Enyioha Orsu, a popular comparer and media man.

Has Hon Larry Ajaero Dumped Rochas For Sen. Uzodimma

The popular saying that “no permanent enemy, no permanent friend in polities, but permanent interest” seems to be working out for Hon Larry Ajaero. For those who don’t know him, Larry popularly known as “Okwu-oto Ekele Eze” represented Ideato South in the last dispensation in the Imo State House of Assembly. Few days to the end of their stint in the House, Okwu-oto alongside few others arranged a mutiny that swept off the leaders. The coming of Owelle Rochas Okorocha on May 29, 2011 granted them the opportunity which Hon Larry and co utilized. At the end of that exercise, the former lawmaker joined Owelle’s Rescue Mission and was among the first person who got appointment as Member of the Task Force incharge of recovering property/vehicles from immediate past political office holders. The believe in several quarters was that Hon Larry has joined APGA as a government appointee and a kinsman of the Governor.
POPULAR SIDE was however stunned on Sunday at the “Nkpu Udo” Oguta palatial country home of Chief Francis Arthur Nzeribe when Larry attended the PDP stakeholders meeting. His presence midway into the meeting turned all eyes towards him. It was however gathered that the flamboyant politician who has love for various four-wheel drives that earned him the Okwu-oto nickname may have retraced steps back to PDP as he is reportedly said to be romancing with the

Gov Okorocha and Convoy Clash Wahalas!

It was in 2010, that the convoy of the former Governor of Imo state, Dr Ikedi Ohakim, had a skirmish with a Catholic priest, Rev father Eustace Okorie at Akabo, in Ikeduru LGA, and heavens were let loose by commentators on the matter, who spoke from various points of views because it was then seen as strange and aberration. The incumbent Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has reduced the Ohakim incident to nothing as his convoy clash every day with all manner of people in the society, from the Big to the Small.
The first was Senator Chris Anyawu, which took place at Azaraegbule in Owerri North LGA, witnesses said the incident was a show of shame.
Then that with Nnewuihe, at Orlu, where the Governor appeared with his head rolled in bandages, and was flown out of Nigeria hours later, and returned to Imo weeks after, without a single scar on the “damaged” head.
The current one is that between the Governor’s convoy and Hon Dibiagwu at Oguta LGA. The Governor is saying that Dibiagwu is the antagonist. The confusion now is, a child who cries frequently would not let the mother know when he has been beaten wrongly.
Okorocha has communized convoy clashes in this clime that the thing is now a child’s play.

Which Party does Goddy Obodo belong to?

Dr Goddy Esom Obodo is ex this ex that in Imo state, and has been in politics since the inception of the current democracy. He was a former Legislator representing Ohaji/Egbema under All Peoples Party APP which later became All Nigeria Peoples Party, ANPP.
Obodo later moved to PDP, and became a Commissioner under Achike Udenwa’s era. After, he moved to ACN, and contested election in 2011 as Senatorial candidate. He was unsuccessful and relocated to All Progressives Grand alliance APGA.
Popular side learnt that this cerebral politician who has bagged a PHD after serving as Lawmaker and Commissioner, is thinking of moving to All Congress Party, APC.
It was learnt that Obodo who was made ISOPADEC Chairman for 48 hours, only has been expecting “something” from the Okorocha’s government to no avail.
Popular side learnt that Okorocha is still “studying” Obodo, whom sources whispered to the Governor attends meetings with some PDP members in Orlu zone. But a Bird told Popular Side that the meeting in question has to do with state creation but not partisan. So, Okorocha take note.

Where is Ifeanyi Agwu?
i lost the PDP primaries to Hon Kingsley Dimaku, and relocated to ACN, where he became a candidate but failed in the election proper. However, following Agwu’s role in acting as “Whistle Blower” against the former Governor, Ikedi Ohakim at the tail end of that administration, and being a cannon fodder against the Speaker, Rt Hon Goodluck Opiah, the incoming Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha embraced the former Banker, even though all the plots ended in futility, as Ohakim and Opiah still walk around freely.
As a reward, Okorocha “settled” Agwu with the position of Director of Bureau for Procurement, Price Intelligence and Monitoring, otherwise called Due process.
But Gov Okorocha woke up one morning and stopped allocation to Agwu’s office, and since November 2012, no body has seen Agwu around the office premises again.
Please, Popular Side wants to know the whereabout of Hon Ifeanyi Agwu. Has he resigned? Has he gone back to Lagos? Has Okorocha used and dumped him? Was it how the romance with Okorocha ended or will he still return to office? Popular side is waitin
