Sporting activity is not accrue to athletes, footballers and all others who earn a living through its channels, just as recently, an Imo state gospel singing sensation Ikechi Chinedu also known as King Frank was spotted by Our Trumpeta Extravaganza crew over the weekend at Dan Anyam Dan stadium in Owerri sweating it out with his fitness instructor.
When Trumpeter Extravaganza caught up with him after his routine exercises, he shared his three weeks old experience of sever sporting/fitness activities which he attested to have positive impact on his outward appearance and musical ability.
In his revelation after a football match in preparation for a friendly game organized by the Nigerian Football Referee Association, Imo state, King Frank as he is fondly called revealed that he covers the distance of over 3kilometers through MCC road to Wethdral road by MCC junction.
“I am into sporting activity to lose weight, gain fitness to further enhance my stage performance, in fact I had lost close to 10 pounds with my thorough playing of football, and jogging within the last 3weeks, I intend to improve on the outcome” he said.
