On the issue of card reader, some people haven’t been successful with its use but I’ve been accredited very successfully. It’s obvious that because of our technological difficulties, we are not yet there, because u can see that the accreditation time is lagging. It’s not as efficient as it should be but I thought it should have been done on a very micro scale to try the card reader process.
Interestingly we hear incidences of malfunctioning. Obviously I don’t think this process will give us what we wanted. I believe that at the end of the day, INEC should combine the manual accreditation and electronic voting. But truly this process calls for great improvement. Meanwhile I must say that the turnout of voters is very satisfactory and encouraging.
