Popular Nigerian singer, song-writer and stage performing artiste Chidinma Ekile, stage name Chidinma who rose to stardom after winning the third season of musical contest organized by a telecom service provider in Nigeria (MTN Project Fame West Africa music reality TV show revealed that she hails from Mbaitoli Local Government of Imo State.
Chidinma disclosed this during her stage performance at the gala night, reception in honour of Gov. Okorocha’s swearing in ceremony at the Imo International Conference Centre in Owerri, held last Friday.
Though Chidinma started her performance for the night on a high note but was interrupted by technical glitch from the Dj which gave room for a little chat with the governor that resulted to the disclosure of her origin.
The best female West African act award winner, 2012, later thrilled her fans with songs and dances with the first lady Mr Okorocha to the delight of the admirers.
