Pension Verification For Retirees Begins

A tint of hope has resurrected for Pensioners across the State following a press statement of verification emanating from the Imo State Government House, Owerri.

In a media Statement released by the SA Media to the State Government, Mr Steve Osuji, biometric exercise relating to the payment of both accrued and new pensions would begin in earnest.

According to the Press release, the verification exercise would be this week Wednesday, Sept.4, 2019 from 8.am to 4:00pm at the 27 respective Council Areas, respectively.

However, the message from the government quarters enjoins all concerned to adhere strictly to the stated instructions and schedules.
